3.30 Analog/Digital Electromechanical Time Delay Relay
Previously discussed electromechanical relay may be used in conjunction with
analog or digital circuitry. This circuitry provides a delay after power is
applied before the contacts of an electromagnetic relay transfer. The
electromagnetic relay is operated by a signal given by analog discrete
components or digital-operated integrated circuits.
